在惠州市東南的稔平半島，來(lái)自蓮花山的山地余脈止于海岸，漁業(yè)、鹽業(yè)與遷徙留下的聚落肌理，仍嵌在風(fēng)與地形之間。這里既不屬于典型的城市，也不只是自然景觀，而是一種長(zhǎng)期處于邊緣卻持續(xù)生長(zhǎng)的山海界面：白晝有海風(fēng)與行路，夜晚有漁火與星空。
如果說(shuō)有些地方以速度被記住，那么這里更適合被時(shí)間慢慢感知。從日出到日落，從潮起到潮落，從行走到停留——沿著半島展開。我們以“十二時(shí)辰”為線索，將分散的山海片段重新串聯(lián)。讓每一次抵達(dá)，都對(duì)應(yīng)一個(gè)具體的時(shí)刻；讓空間不只是被看見，而是被經(jīng)歷。
一段與時(shí)間并行的山海旅程，

Located on the Renping Peninsula in the southeast of Huizhou,the residual mountain ranges of Lianhua Mountain extend all the way to the coastline.The spatial traces of fishing,salt-making,and migration remain embedded between wind and terrain.This place is neither a typical city nor merely a natural landscape,but a continuously evolving coastal interface between mountains and sea—peripheral in position,yet persistent in growth.By day,it is shaped by sea breezes and movement;by night,by fishing lights and the stars.
If some places are remembered for their speed,this one is better understood through time.From sunrise to sunset,from ebb to flow,from movement to pause—the peninsula unfolds as a sequence.Taking the“twelve traditional Chinese hours”as a narrative framework,the dispersed fragments of landscape are reconnected.Each arrival corresponds to a specific moment;space is not only seen,but experienced.
A journey along the mountains and sea,unfolding in parallel with time,begins here.

在惠州稔平半島，我們面向山海、體悟時(shí)空，邀請(qǐng)全球建筑師與品牌主理人，以“山海十二時(shí)辰”為主題，打造12座環(huán)島驛站，陪伴從日出日落到仰望星空的慢時(shí)光。
Mountains and sea and attuned to the rhythms of time,we invite architects and brand principals from around the world to take part in the creation of twelve coastal stations under the theme“Twelve Hours of Mountains and Sea.”Arranged along the island loop,these twelve stations will accompany a slower passage of time—from sunrise and sunset to moments of stargazing.

競(jìng)賽規(guī)則
Competition Rules
參賽主體：
Participants
面向國(guó)內(nèi)外公開征集，歡迎具備相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的建筑師、設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)及品牌主理人參與。
參賽人需滿足以下基本條件：
●須為依法注冊(cè)的法人實(shí)體；
●建筑師應(yīng)具備項(xiàng)目落地經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
*如為聯(lián)合體參與，聯(lián)合體成員數(shù)量不超過(guò)2家。
*同一參賽單位參與點(diǎn)位不得超過(guò)2個(gè)。
*同一方案不得重復(fù)投報(bào)多個(gè)點(diǎn)位。
Open to global applicants.Architects,design firms,and brand principals with relevant experience are invited to participate.
Applicants must meet the following basic requirements:
●Must be a legally registered corporate entity;
●The architect must possess project delivery experience.
Overseas teams must form a consortium with a domestic entity in order to apply.
Domestic teams may apply independently or form a consortium.
*The consortium shall consist of no more than two members.
*Each applicant may participate in no more than two sites.
*The same proposal may not be submitted to multiple sites.Any violation will result in disqualification.

評(píng)審及獎(jiǎng)金設(shè)置：
Jury and Prizes
本次征集共設(shè)12個(gè)點(diǎn)位，各點(diǎn)位獨(dú)立評(píng)選。
預(yù)報(bào)名成功后獲得競(jìng)賽資料下載鏈接。
資格預(yù)審環(huán)節(jié)，每個(gè)點(diǎn)位選出5名入圍。
評(píng)審環(huán)節(jié)，在5個(gè)入圍方案中，評(píng)出各點(diǎn)位一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)：
一等獎(jiǎng)1名：15萬(wàn)元
二等獎(jiǎng)1名：10萬(wàn)元
三等獎(jiǎng)1名：5萬(wàn)元
入圍保底費(fèi)（另外2家）：5萬(wàn)元
*以上獎(jiǎng)金均為稅前金額。
*業(yè)主優(yōu)先按評(píng)審結(jié)果選擇落地實(shí)施方案。
A total of 12 sites are included in this call,and each site will be evaluated independently.
Upon successful pre-registration,participants will receive a download link for the competition materials.
During the qualification pre-review stage,five finalists will be selected for each site.
In the final evaluation,First,Second,and Third Prizes will be awarded for each site from the five shortlisted proposals:
First Prize(1):RMB 150,000
Second Prize(1):RMB 100,000
Third Prize(1):RMB 50,000
Shortlist Honorarium(2 additional teams):RMB 50,000 each
*All prize amounts are pre-tax.
*The client will prioritize selecting schemes for implementation based on the jury results.

本次征集采用資格預(yù)審+成果終審兩階段評(píng)審機(jī)制，參賽單位需按階段要求提交相應(yīng)文件。
資格預(yù)審提交：
A3文本：
已建成項(xiàng)目作品集（4頁(yè)A3）+業(yè)態(tài)思考與方案構(gòu)思（1頁(yè)A3）。
*各點(diǎn)位獨(dú)立提交資格預(yù)審文件。
*方案構(gòu)思鼓勵(lì)手繪草圖、或?qū)嶓w模型照片等體現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)思考過(guò)程的階段成果。
*本階段不接受AI生成效果圖作為主要表達(dá)內(nèi)容。

含主題解讀、設(shè)計(jì)概念闡述、合作品牌方向及初步運(yùn)營(yíng)思路、業(yè)態(tài)設(shè)想及構(gòu)成，總平面圖、建筑各層平面圖、立面圖、剖面圖、效果圖及必要的分析圖。
2分鐘方案陳述視頻：
規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)簡(jiǎn)明扼要闡述以上成果內(nèi)容。
*視頻格式為MP4，分辨率不低于1920×1080，文件大小不超過(guò)200MB

Competition Rules
參賽主體：
Participants
面向國(guó)內(nèi)外公開征集，歡迎具備相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的建筑師、設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)及品牌主理人參與。
參賽人需滿足以下基本條件：
●須為依法注冊(cè)的法人實(shí)體；
●建筑師應(yīng)具備項(xiàng)目落地經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
*如為聯(lián)合體參與，聯(lián)合體成員數(shù)量不超過(guò)2家。
*同一參賽單位參與點(diǎn)位不得超過(guò)2個(gè)。
*同一方案不得重復(fù)投報(bào)多個(gè)點(diǎn)位。
Open to global applicants.Architects,design firms,and brand principals with relevant experience are invited to participate.
Applicants must meet the following basic requirements:
●Must be a legally registered corporate entity;
●The architect must possess project delivery experience.
Overseas teams must form a consortium with a domestic entity in order to apply.
Domestic teams may apply independently or form a consortium.
*The consortium shall consist of no more than two members.
*Each applicant may participate in no more than two sites.
*The same proposal may not be submitted to multiple sites.Any violation will result in disqualification.

評(píng)審及獎(jiǎng)金設(shè)置：
Jury and Prizes
本次征集共設(shè)12個(gè)點(diǎn)位，各點(diǎn)位獨(dú)立評(píng)選。
預(yù)報(bào)名成功后獲得競(jìng)賽資料下載鏈接。
資格預(yù)審環(huán)節(jié)，每個(gè)點(diǎn)位選出5名入圍。
評(píng)審環(huán)節(jié)，在5個(gè)入圍方案中，評(píng)出各點(diǎn)位一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)：
一等獎(jiǎng)1名：15萬(wàn)元
二等獎(jiǎng)1名：10萬(wàn)元
三等獎(jiǎng)1名：5萬(wàn)元
入圍保底費(fèi)（另外2家）：5萬(wàn)元
*以上獎(jiǎng)金均為稅前金額。
*業(yè)主優(yōu)先按評(píng)審結(jié)果選擇落地實(shí)施方案。
A total of 12 sites are included in this call,and each site will be evaluated independently.
Upon successful pre-registration,participants will receive a download link for the competition materials.
During the qualification pre-review stage,five finalists will be selected for each site.
In the final evaluation,First,Second,and Third Prizes will be awarded for each site from the five shortlisted proposals:
First Prize(1):RMB 150,000
Second Prize(1):RMB 100,000
Third Prize(1):RMB 50,000
Shortlist Honorarium(2 additional teams):RMB 50,000 each
*All prize amounts are pre-tax.
*The client will prioritize selecting schemes for implementation based on the jury results.

本次征集采用資格預(yù)審+成果終審兩階段評(píng)審機(jī)制，參賽單位需按階段要求提交相應(yīng)文件。
資格預(yù)審提交：
A3文本：
已建成項(xiàng)目作品集（4頁(yè)A3）+業(yè)態(tài)思考與方案構(gòu)思（1頁(yè)A3）。
*各點(diǎn)位獨(dú)立提交資格預(yù)審文件。
*方案構(gòu)思鼓勵(lì)手繪草圖、或?qū)嶓w模型照片等體現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)思考過(guò)程的階段成果。
*本階段不接受AI生成效果圖作為主要表達(dá)內(nèi)容。

含主題解讀、設(shè)計(jì)概念闡述、合作品牌方向及初步運(yùn)營(yíng)思路、業(yè)態(tài)設(shè)想及構(gòu)成，總平面圖、建筑各層平面圖、立面圖、剖面圖、效果圖及必要的分析圖。
2分鐘方案陳述視頻：
規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)簡(jiǎn)明扼要闡述以上成果內(nèi)容。
*視頻格式為MP4，分辨率不低于1920×1080，文件大小不超過(guò)200MB

This call adopts a two-stage evaluation mechanism consisting of a qualification pre-review and a final proposal review.Applicants are required to submit the corresponding materials at each stage.

Portfolio of completed projects(4 A3 pages)+programmatic thinking and initial design concept(1 A3 page).
*Each site shall be submitted as an independent pre-review package.
*Concept development is encouraged to be expressed through hand-drawn sketches or photographs of physical models,reflecting the design process.
*AI-generated renderings will not be accepted as the primary form of representation at this stage.

In the event of any discrepancy,all documents issued by the Organizer shall prevail in the Chinese version.
All submitted proposals must be entirely original works of the applicant/team.Plagiarism,misappropriation,collage,or adaptation of any third-party work is strictly prohibited.No infringement of any intellectual property rights—including copyright,patent rights,trademark rights,trade secrets,or other lawful rights of any individual or legal entity—is permitted.Any disputes arising from infringement shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant.
All submitted proposals must be newly created and must not have been previously published,exhibited,or disclosed through any media,including but not limited to newspapers,journals,online platforms,or public exhibitions.They must not have been filed for patents or copyright registration,entered into other similar competitions or calls,nor used commercially,licensed to third parties,or introduced into any market dissemination channels.
Award-winning proposals shall not,in identical or substantially similar form,be submitted to any other competitions,calls,or evaluation activities,nor be transferred or licensed to any third party without authorization.In the event of a violation,the Organizing Committee reserves the right to revoke participation and award status,recover all prizes and honors,and pursue legal liability.
The copyright of awarded works remains with the original authors,who retain perpetual attribution rights.The organizers and executors of this competition shall hold perpetual,royalty-free rights of use(excluding attribution rights),including but not limited to optimization,exhibition,reproduction,publication,promotion,compilation,and other non-commercial and compliant uses.
Without prior written consent from the Organizer,no entity or individual may reproduce,copy,alter,sell,or disseminate any submitted works.
This competition and all related documents and implementation rules shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China,and shall strictly comply with relevant provisions on intellectual property,tendering and bidding,and competition management.
