    非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)作為各國(guó)歷史記憶與生活智慧的結(jié)晶，承載著深厚的文化身份與情感認(rèn)同。2026年適逢“一帶一路”倡議持續(xù)推進(jìn)與文化合作深化的關(guān)鍵階段，本屆展覽以“絲路共生·非遺煥新”為主題，聚焦“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家的城市非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)與傳統(tǒng)工藝美術(shù)資源，鼓勵(lì)通過(guò)一帶一路沿線國(guó)家城市文化藝術(shù)與設(shè)計(jì)符號(hào)和設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言進(jìn)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新詮釋與跨界表達(dá)。展覽旨在搭建一個(gè)貫穿視覺(jué)藝術(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新與文化傳承的國(guó)際交流平臺(tái)，在“一帶一路”倡議的背景下，展示中國(guó)文化和價(jià)值觀的重要途徑，通過(guò)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行中國(guó)文化出海實(shí)踐，通過(guò)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)，探索中國(guó)文化藝術(shù)與世界文化的溝通與鏈接，展現(xiàn)絲路文化中的東方藝術(shù)魅力。深化沿線國(guó)家之間的設(shè)計(jì)融合、學(xué)術(shù)交流與文化理解。

     思路1：基于一帶一路沿線國(guó)家城市之間的藝術(shù)淵源、傳統(tǒng)文化的視覺(jué)元素，提取中國(guó)與“一帶一路”國(guó)家非遺的核心視覺(jué)基因進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，探究國(guó)家城市之間民族文化、“非遺”視覺(jué)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)、工藝美術(shù)元素等風(fēng)格的融合。
    思路2：根據(jù)絲路文化中的東方藝術(shù)特色進(jìn)行創(chuàng)作。作品具有地域文化特色。

    用數(shù)字視覺(jué)設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言展現(xiàn)東北老工業(yè)基地的厚重歷史積淀及當(dāng)下轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的活力與未來(lái)潛力，用設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言強(qiáng)化其文化屬性，從工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)、工匠精神、城市記憶、民俗文化等維度進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。
    思路2：東北冰雪文化主題
    探究黑龍江、吉林、遼寧三省冰雪資源與城市文化內(nèi)核，通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言串聯(lián)冰雪產(chǎn)業(yè)、民俗風(fēng)情、城市記憶，打造兼具思想高度、文化溫度與傳播力度的數(shù)字視覺(jué)設(shè)計(jì)作品，彰顯東北從“冰雪文化”到“冰雪經(jīng)濟(jì)”的持續(xù)發(fā)展，讓冰雪旅游文化成為連接城市與大眾、傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代的情感紐帶。
