  前言Foreword
  策展背景：
  2023年3月9日，習(xí)近平主席同費(fèi)利佩六世國王就中西建交50周年互致賀電，高度評價(jià)兩國關(guān)系發(fā)展，特別指出今年雙方共同舉辦文化和旅游年及一系列慶祝活動，具有重要積極意義。希望中西兩國以互辦文化和旅游年為契機(jī)，深化文明交流互鑒，厚植友好民意基礎(chǔ)，為推動中西全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系走深走實(shí)、構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體共譜新篇。
  在此背景下，兩國在官方、民眾等各個(gè)層級開展了一系列的友好文化交流活動。兩國政府、議會以及各界友好人士，積極參與貫穿全年的“中西建交50周年”系列活動，通過中西兩國政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、體育、教育、藝術(shù)、文學(xué)等不同領(lǐng)域的展示，表達(dá)中西建交50周年的美好祝福。
  策展意義：
  依托中國駐西班牙大使館和中國駐巴塞羅那總領(lǐng)事館的大力支持，面向全球設(shè)計(jì)師發(fā)起國際海報(bào)展，有利于傳播中國文化、講好當(dāng)代中國故事，尤其有利于進(jìn)一步增進(jìn)中西兩國民眾彼此了解，推動兩國人文交流，讓中西友好深入人心。
  在兩國2023年國慶佳節(jié)來臨之際，我們共同攜手，用藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的方式展現(xiàn)中西建交50周年的魅力！

  創(chuàng)作主題Theme
  A單元：中西建交50年
  反映兩國所取得的重大政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)成果，如“一帶一路”人類命運(yùn)共同體、時(shí)事熱點(diǎn)等。
  B單元：中西文化生活
  反映兩國人文交流與民眾生活，如文化、藝術(shù)、體育、旅游、科技、教育、環(huán)保等領(lǐng)域。
  C單元：中西紋樣藝術(shù)的碰撞
  西班牙是世界文化遺產(chǎn)第四的國家，擁有歷史悠久的建筑和極具西班牙民族特色的裝飾紋樣。如極致而繁復(fù)的阿爾罕布拉宮，中世紀(jì)摩爾人建立的王宮。其紋樣藝術(shù)造詣高，啟發(fā)了歐文·瓊斯、埃舍爾等人。而中國也是世界文化遺產(chǎn)第二的國家，文化歷史源遠(yuǎn)流長，傳統(tǒng)紋樣也非常豐富。如：吉祥紋樣、敦煌里的藻井紋樣、少數(shù)民族服飾紋樣、古代青銅器紋樣等。
  D單元：“我心中的中西之美”創(chuàng)意繪畫類
  本單元征集范圍主要面向18歲以下青少年、兒童群體。通過創(chuàng)意繪畫作品，以"中西之美"為主題，通過繪畫表達(dá)你對中西文化交流的理解和感受，展現(xiàn)中西兩國之間的美好聯(lián)系與同異之處。通過繪畫，我們希望看到中西文化融合的獨(dú)特視角和創(chuàng)意表達(dá)，以及對傳統(tǒng)文化的創(chuàng)新詮釋。參賽作品包括但不限于國畫、簡筆畫、線描畫、水彩畫、彩鉛、油畫、創(chuàng)意美術(shù)等。
  投稿要求Requirements
  1、創(chuàng)作范圍及要求：
  （1）海報(bào)、插圖、字體、圖形等所有平面設(shè)計(jì)形式
  （2）創(chuàng)作應(yīng)充分考慮識別性、文化性、藝術(shù)性；
  （3）創(chuàng)作應(yīng)考慮受眾的廣泛性，倡導(dǎo)雅俗共賞的作品。
  2、作品規(guī)格：
  （1）預(yù)覽尺寸文件：A4（豎式），150dpi、RGB、JPEG格式
  （2）青少年、兒童的“我心中的中西之美”創(chuàng)意繪畫類作品，按豎版A4大小創(chuàng)作，文件大小不超過10MB，完成后拍照上傳即可，保證畫面清晰。入選后提交高清作品。
  （3）本次提交作品，僅提交A4預(yù)覽尺寸即可，作品入圍后，請?zhí)峁┯∷⒊叽缥募?0*100cm（豎式）、300dpi、RGB、JPEG格式，文件大小不超過30MB。

  征集方式Collection Methods
  1、公開征集：
  免費(fèi)投稿，面向中西兩國人民以及全球設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)、設(shè)計(jì)師、高校師生等均可提交作品參加本次活動。
  2、評審入圍:
  主辦方將組織國際評審團(tuán)進(jìn)行作品評審，選出入圍作品。
  3、作品入展：
  作品入圍，如參加展覽，需向組委會繳納參展費(fèi)：
  （1）個(gè)人作品參展：
  單件作品：300RMB/件；字魔營會員和CEIDA會員享優(yōu)惠。費(fèi)用將用于展覽印刷、郵寄、展館場地租賃、評審、紙質(zhì)證書等費(fèi)用。
  （2）企業(yè)及院校參展：
  面向政府單位、企業(yè)、高校、美術(shù)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)等，需支付一定的參展費(fèi)用，具體合作權(quán)益請與組委會聯(lián)系（趙老師微信：avenchao888）。
  4、展出&開幕式&論壇：
  最終評選出入展作品，入展設(shè)計(jì)師獎獲得組委會頒發(fā)的入展證書，作品在西班牙和中國分別展出，并受邀參加開幕式以及論壇。

  展覽聲明Statement

  On 9 March 2023,President Xi Jinping and King Felipe VI exchanged congratulatory messages on the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the West,highly valuing the development of relations between the two countries and pointing out in particular that it is of great significance for the two sides to jointly organise the Year of Culture and Tourism this year and a series of celebration activities.It is hoped that China and the West will take the Year of Culture and Tourism as an opportunity to deepen civilisation exchanges and mutual understanding,and to cultivate a foundation of friendship and public opinion,in order to promote the deepening of the Sino-Western comprehensive strategic partnership and build a new chapter of the community of destiny of mankind.
  In this context,the two countries have carried out a series of friendly cultural exchanges at all levels,including official and popular levels.The governments,parliaments and people from all walks of life of the two countries have actively participated in the series of activities throughout the year to express their best wishes for the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the West through the display of different fields of politics,economy,sports,education,arts and literature of China and the West.
  Relying on the strong support of the Chinese Embassy in Spain and the Chinese Consulate General in Barcelona,the International Poster Exhibition for designers around the world is conducive to the dissemination of Chinese culture and the telling of a good story of contemporary China,and in particular,it is conducive to further enhancing the understanding of the people of China and the West of the two countries and to promoting the humanistic exchanges between the two countries and letting the friendship between China and the West take root in the hearts of people.

  The collision of Chinese and Western pattern art.Spain is the fourth country in the world cultural Heritage,with a long history of architecture and very Spanish national characteristics of the decorative pattern.Such as the extreme and complex Alhambra Palace,the medieval Moors built the royal palace.His high level of graphic art inspired Owen Jones,Escher and others.China is also the second country of world cultural heritage,with a long history of culture and rich traditional patterns.Such as:auspicious patterns,Dunhuang caisson patterns,ethnic minority clothing patterns,ancient bronze patterns and so on.

  The scope of this collection is mainly for teenagers and children.Through creative paintings,with the theme of"The Beauty of China and the West",you can express your understanding and feelings about the cultural exchanges between China and the West through paintings,and show the beautiful connection and similarities between China and the West.Through painting,we hope to see the unique perspective and creative expression of the fusion of Chinese and Western cultures,as well as the innovative interpretation of traditional culture.The entries include but are not limited to Chinese painting,stick figure,line drawing,watercolor painting,color lead,oil painting,creative art,etc.
